What counts as a message?
Each message you send to Shumly — whether from the web app or Telegram — counts as one message. Every message uses our most capable AI model (Claude Opus) with full tool access, whether it's a simple question or a complex browser task. Replaying a skill you've already taught does not use your message allowance — it counts as a skill run.
What is "Watch & Repeat"?
Do a task once in the live browser while Shumly watches. It works out what you were trying to achieve and turns it into a reusable skill — not a brittle recording of clicks. You can then run that skill on demand, on a schedule, or point it at a similar-but-different site by swapping one input (e.g. run your "download the CSV" skill across several stores). Every plan includes Watch & Repeat with different limits on saved skills and monthly runs.
Can I use Shumly from Telegram?
Yes. Link your Telegram account and chat with Shumly, kick off tasks, and run saved skills from anywhere. On paid plans you also get a daily morning briefing delivered to Telegram — a quick summary of what needs your attention.
How does browser time work?
Browser time is the total active minutes Shumly spends in a cloud browser during the month. A typical browser task (searching a website, extracting data) takes 2-5 minutes. Your plan includes a set amount of browser time — when it's used up, browser features pause until the next billing cycle.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You'll see a friendly message letting you know you've reached your limit. You can upgrade to continue, or wait until your limits reset at the start of the next billing period. No surprise charges — ever.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All data is stored securely with row-level security. Your conversations, memories, and files are only accessible to you. We never share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models.
